Phil is a native of Farwell, Michigan, where he grew up and went to school. He has been working for Superior Foods for 25 years and in that time he has held the titles of meat cutter, meat manager, sales, retail sales manager, and now is the seafood category manager. Phil likes the excitement of working at Superior, “all the last minute challenges that come with fresh fish, watching programs and sales build with our customers.” Phil likes to keep customers loyal and enjoys the process of doing so.

Phil has been involved in the food industry for over 40 years! That kind of experience makes him an asset to Superior Foods, and he has gained respect over those years.

Fun facts: Phil enjoys golfing, woodworking, and finishing rooms.
