“The only thing that stays the same in the food industry is that everything changes.” These are words that keep Mike on his toes while he is on the job. He was born and raised in Lowell, MI. He is the son of Paul Osterhaven. He has always been in and out of Superior as a child, but he actually started working there 10 years ago. He has experienced the whole line of jobs; fish processing, packaging, loading crew, preparing orders, freezer work, maintenance, truck driver (for 8 years), and has finally landed himself in sales for the last 2 years.

Mike and his wife have experienced an exciting new addition of a baby girl to their family. He owns 2 golden retrievers, and he always enjoys fishing.

Fun Facts: Mike does not know that fish has a smell. He has become so accustomed to it from his childhood that he doesn’t notice the fish smell anymore!
